Trump to Hold Rally in Aurora, Colorado Amid Migrant Crisis
Former President Donald Trump has scheduled a campaign rally in Aurora, Colorado, for October 11, where he plans to address the significant influx of migrants affecting the area.
Migrant Surge and Local Impact
This rally follows weeks of Trump’s criticism regarding the migrant situation in Colorado, where he claims that approximately 43,000 undocumented immigrants have arrived in nearby Denver and Aurora. His campaign has also pointed out the troubling activities of the Tren De Aragua gang, which is reportedly taking control of several apartment complexes.
Aurora’s Deteriorating Safety Conditions
“Aurora has turned into a ‘war zone’ due to an influx of violent members from the Tren de Aragua gang,” stated Trump’s campaign team. “Since December 2022, around 43,000 migrants have entered Denver and many have moved on to Aurora, bringing disorder and fear with them.”
The statement continued: “Local residents are being forced from their homes as gang members terrorize neighborhoods with gun violence, thefts, and rampant drug-related activities. The open-border policies endorsed by Kamala Harris are transforming once-safe communities into perilous environments for law-abiding citizens.”

AURORA POLICE RESPOND TO ALLEGATIONS OF GANG CONTROL IN APARTMENTS: ‘HAVE NOT TAKEN OVER’
The campaign further asserted: “Kamala’s border crisis has made every state feel like a border state—leaving families in Colorado vulnerable to criminal activity. The only way to resolve this crisis is by electing President Trump again so he can secure our borders and deport dangerous individuals.”
Gang Activities Documented by Legal Experts
The Tren de Aragua gang first established its presence at an apartment complex in Aurora back in 2023. Reports indicate that Whispering Pines Apartments experienced severe incidents including assaults, threats of murder, extortion practices involving minors for prostitution purposes as well as other forms of intimidation tactics.
A legal firm based in Denver was commissioned to investigate these claims about the alleged takeover at Whispering Pines Apartments; they conducted interviews with witnesses and reviewed video evidence before compiling their findings into a detailed report.
Criminal Activities Uncovered by Investigators
“The evidence we gathered shows that gang members are involved in serious crimes such as trespassing violations, physical assaults including battery cases against residents,” noted T Markus Funk—a former U.S Attorney—in correspondence addressed to city officials.
The property manager at Whispering Pines expressed shock over what he described as unprecedented levels of criminal activity associated with Tren De Aragua during his career managing properties.
