LATAM Airlines to Revamp Boeing 787 Cabins by 2025
The transformation is set to be finalized in March 2025.
Comprehensive Cabin Renovation Planned
LATAM Airlines is embarking on a substantial redesign of its cabin interiors, which includes the introduction of an exquisite business class suite and ergonomically-friendly economy seating options. This initiative aims to enhance customer experience significantly.
The airline has revealed that this comprehensive overhaul will apply to 24 of its Boeing 787 planes, with passenger flights featuring the new cabins commencing from March 1, 2025. The refurbishment will encompass both the domestically operated Boeing 787-8 models and those serving routes throughout Chile, Brazil, and Peru using the Boeing 787-9 variants.

According to Paulo Miranda, Vice President of Customers at LATAM Airlines Group, “Our redesigned cabins exemplify the essence of LATAM while prioritizing every minute detail for a top-tier travel experience.” He highlighted that the innovative Premium Business seats promise a remarkable improvement in comfort combined with privacy and stylish design. “These enhancements are positioned to elevate LATAM’s standing within the aviation sector while offering travelers an unmatched journey,” he added.
