### Court Ruling on ‘Prove Mike Wrong’ Contest
– A federal magistrate has mandated that Mike Lindell cover the legal expenses for Robert Zeidman, the victor of the “Prove Mike Wrong” challenge.

In a recent judicial decision this week, Mike Lindell was ordered by a federal magistrate judge to compensate Robert Zeidman for his attorney fees following Zeidman’s success in the “Prove Mike Wrong” contest.
Lindell is required to pay a total of $4,508 in attorney fees as detailed in the judge’s ruling issued on Thursday. Initially expressing confusion regarding the court order during an interview with Business Insider on Thursday, he later commented after reviewing it: “More attacks!”
Attorneys representing both parties did not provide immediate responses when contacted by Business Insider.
Lindell continues accumulating costs related to this contest that he initiated back in August 2021. At that time, he promised $5 million as an incentive for anyone able to debunk his assertions concerning alleged fraud through “cyber data and packet captures” from the November 2020 presidential election.
Since 2020, without substantiation, Lindell has maintained claims regarding election fraud. He appealed widely—offering substantial financial rewards—to those who could disprove his collection of information that he asserted represented dubious electoral data.
Amidst these claims emerged Robert Zeidman—a computer scientist who took up Lindell’s challenge and succeeded where many had failed.
Zeidman’s findings revealed that the data provided by Lindell consisted largely of generic polling statistics irrelevant to any examination of electoral integrity. This conclusion came from an arbitration panel’s decision rendered in April 2023.
Despite being challenged legally regarding payment after winning the contest with clear evidence against him—resulting in suit filed by Zeidman seeking both his winnings and accrued interest—Lindell resisted fulfilling these obligations.
